If for some reason you wish to return your order you must contact us by e-mail first at firstname.lastname@example.org
All goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
All goods must be in their original condition and unopened and in a re-saleable condition i.e, unused or unworn and packets still sealed. Any open/used/worn items will not be refunded.
All returns must be returned to us via a signed for trackable method at the buyers expense, on receipt we will refund the cost of the goods with our standard postage (from £2.49). We do not refund any premium postage methods e.g . next day or express.
Any Perishable Items (edible) or customised items can not be returned.
Any order returned to us as refused or not wanted by the post office or courier will incurr a cost of the delivery method chosen.
Any special order may only at our descretion be returned, there will be a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the goods in the order. delivery charges will not be refunded in this instance.
DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES
Any items that have arrived damaged or short delivered goods must be notified to us within 48hrs by email at email@example.com.
damaged items must be returned to us for a refund.
Please check to see if a card has been left by the courier or RM, If delivery was attempted it is the customers responsibility to collect the goods from RM or have another delivery attempt by the courier. Ensure you have given us the correct delivery address as any errors may delay your order. All attempts will be made to delivery your order within the timescale stated, however we can not be held responsible for delays due to weather conditions or strikes etc. If your order is late and your goods are no longer needed please see the returns policy above. There may be a tracking number for your order, please contact us for it.
